Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in machine assembly, jig and fixture assembly, and other mechanical-related tasks. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on experience in a dynamic engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble, install, and test machines, jigs, and fixtures based on engineering drawings and specifications.

Support mechanical fabrication, modification, and troubleshooting of assembly components.

Collaborate with the design team to improve assembly processes and ensure quality control.

Perform inspections, testing, and adjustments to optimize machine performance.

Assist in research and development (R&D) activities for mechanical improvements.

Maintain accurate documentation of work processes, assembly instructions, and modifications.
Technical Requirements
Mechanical Drawings
Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, tolerances, and fabrication processes.
Tool Proficiency
Hands-on experience with mechanical tools and equipment.
Troubleshooting
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide practical solutions.
Communication
Good communication and teamwork skills.
CAD Software
Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) is a plus.
Automation Systems
Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation systems is an advantage.
Industry Experience
Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
